Shipping policy

Shipping availability
Physical products are shipped to eligible addresses in the United States. Available shipping methods and any applicable charges are displayed at checkout.

Shipping costs
Where free shipping is offered, it will be reflected at checkout. Shipping offers and rates may change from time to time.

Order processing and delivery
Orders for in-stock physical products are processed and prepared for shipment within 2 business days. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays or circumstances outside our control.

When tracking information is available, it will be provided after your order ships.

Preorders
Products identified as preorders will ship when the applicable inventory becomes available. Any estimated availability or shipping information shown on the product page at the time of purchase is an estimate and may change.

If an order contains a preorder item, that item will not ship until it becomes available.

Digital products
Digital products and digital access are delivered electronically and do not require shipping. If your purchase includes both physical products and digital access, the digital portion may become available separately from shipment of the physical items.

Shipping address changes
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you need to request a change, contact us as soon as possible at shop@ludologicsports.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered fulfillment.

Shipping issues
If your package arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or you experience another delivery issue, contact us at shop@ludologicsports.com and we’ll work with you to resolve it.
